Corrosivation Lore
- It's the year 2151. ARD (Aegis Research Division) is given the order to create specialized robots to protect the border and their VIPs. Many strength experiments on the so-called "BETA-PKSF robots" went wrong, leaving ARD with many broken robot parts that they later had to start transporting and discarding into the volcano, hoping that none of the hostile raider groups had any clue of what they were up to. Once, a raider group ambushed one of these transports to the volcano, hoping to find valuables, but were dismayed when they were faced with a heavily enforced metal box full of broken, unknown robot parts. It was only later, when they brought the box full of junk back to the raider camp, that they realized what ARD was up to and tried to replicate their plans. Shortly after, the raiders began working with a known and specialized group of wasteland researchers and engineers, who started the project ‘Corrosivation.’ They assigned themselves 24/7 to the production of these replicated bots, the so-called 'A.A.T.,' better known as "Anti-Aegis Troopers" around the raider camps. It didn't take long before the project was discovered by one of STHD's patrols, who found and scouted the production site.
